Sunny Deol has got himself embroiled in a big controversy with NRI producer Surjit Pandher who is making the film Indian Babu starring Jaz Pandher and Gurlin Chopra with Lawrence D`souza as the director.

According to Surjit, he had paid Sunny a whopping sum of £1,00,000 as his signing amount. He had also agreed to most of Sunny`s other terms and conditions. Says Surjit, "Though Sunny had agreed to allot me dates for the film after I agreed to accept whoever he recommends as the heroine or the director, he went back on his word and leave alone acting in it, he is not even taking my calls, out of fear that I will ask him to return the advance. I must have wasted around Rs 50 lakhs flying up and down from London to India just to try and meet Sunny, as he kept on avoiding a meeting with me."

So what will happen now? Will Sunny refund Surjit his advance with interest or agree to work in his film? That has become the million pound question.
